1. Description:
The clamping force of the Toggle Clamping System ranges from 40 to 1000 tons.
The innovative Platen Lift System design reduces clamping time.
It reduces the burden of the toggle, allowing for an increase in lifetime.
Our Toggle Clamping design achieves high-speed and smooth clamping while also requiring low-pressure clamping, which differs from Hydraulic Clamping.
The mechanism of dual injection cylinders allows for high-pressure and high-speed injection.
Because of the injection unite's unique design, the hydraulic charging motor can turn 180 degrees from its original position, making it easier to change the material tube.
When the hydraulic motor is charging, the injection unite is stabilized due to the strong injection structure.
A slide table or rotary table is available as an option for increased safety and productivity.
